iomart Group plc announces that on 2 June 2010 the Company was informed that Sarah Haran, Director of the Company, sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 57 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Ms Haran now holds 1,124,944 Ordinary Shares representing 1.15% of the voting rights in the Company.
