iomart announces that on 21 June 2010 Fred Shedden, director of the Company,
transferred 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company
('Ordinary Shares') into a Self Invested Personal Pension ('SIPP').
Accordingly, 25,000 Ordinary Shares were sold from his nominee account at a price of 59p per share and 25,000 Ordinary Shares were bought by the SIPP at a price of 59p per share.
Following these transactions, Fred Shedden's interest in the Company comprises
764,588 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.78 per cent of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital.
