Director's shareholding

iomart announces that on 24 February 2010 the Company was informed by Chris Batterham, Non-executive Director of the Company, of the purchase on 24 February 2010, through self invested personal pension plan, of 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the share capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of 45.32p per share. Following the transaction, Chris holds 90,621 Ordinary Shares representing 0.09% of the voting rights in the Company.
