iomart announces that on 24 February 2010 the Company was informed by Ian Ritchie, Chairman of the Company, that on 19 February 2010 he purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the share capital of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of 45.5p per share. Following the transaction, Ian holds 122,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.12% of the voting rights in the Company.
