Full Recovery

Traditional data protection normally involves navigating (and paying for) distinct backup and disaster recovery solutions. So when disaster occurs, your team is simultaneously dealing with recovery plan processes, distinct backup and disaster recovery platforms, all while handling the inevitable frayed nerves that come from a breach, accident, or natural disaster.

Since we like to keep things as straightforward as possible, we thought you might like your backup, disaster recovery and recovery plan all in one streamlined service. This is our cloud storage platform with its own backup and disaster recovery capabilities, and we call it Full Recovery. Because you’ll be “fully recovered” in the event of any breach or incident.

With our Full Recovery package, we even include 10 days of committed disaster recovery for each contract year at no extra cost. And if you go over those 10 days, it’s a straightforward Pay-As-You-Go model. So, unlike traditional data management solutions, you don’t need to pay for disaster recovery 365 days of the year – if you don’t really need it.

Full Recovery keeps your data safe with three solutions in one streamlined service:

  1. Recovery Plan – you’ll work with our experts to create your very own personalised data recovery plan. So, if a disaster occurs, you’ll be calm and ready. With clearly accountable roles, tasks and processes, you’ll be back up and running in no time.
  2. Backup – no surprises here, we protect your data with a robust and secure backup service. We’ll quickly restore the mission-critical data you need to keep the lights on, so your end users aren’t impacted or interrupted.
  3. Disaster Recovery – get 10 days on us each year, no strings attached. So, when you’ve got your mission critical operations back up and running you can then move onto recovering any raw data you lost in the disaster.

These three solutions together form our Full Recovery package. In this single, streamlined service. But you can always opt to take any of these individually too.
