13th November 2013 · Press Releases

Web hosting company Easyspace offers 25% discount for customers buying .co.uk, the most popular domain for businesses in the UK.

Easyspace, one of the UK’s largest domain name registrars and web hosting companies, has announced a 25% discount for customers buying the most popular domain for businesses in the UK.

Customers who buy a .co.uk domain name before midnight on 24 November 2013 will be entitled to 25% off web hosting for two years. The promo code UKHOST25 must be used at checkout.

According to Nominet, the registry for .UK domain names, research shows that 4 in 5 people searching online in the UK prefer .co.uk websites.

Sarah Haran, managing director of Easyspace, said: “As Nominet’s ‘A Great Place To Be’ campaign proves, .co.uk is the most popular choice of domain for business and enterprise in the UK. It engenders a sense of trust in your website and therefore in your business.”

The Easyspace offer covers three web hosting packages: Pic ‘n’ Mix, which includes up to 200 mailboxes and up to 50GB of storage; StarterPlus which includes five MySQL databases which are vital for sites built on WordPress; and Business, which includes a free goMobi site to enable customers to build mobile specific websites. Each package also includes unlimited bandwidth. Details of the different web hosting packages are available here.

Easyspace owns and manages a network of UK data centres and provides reliable, leading edge hosting solutions. It is one of the largest ICANN accredited domain name registrars and web hosting companies in the UK and is part of iomart Group plc, one of the UK’s leading providers of cloud services and managed hosting
