iomart (AIM:IOM), the cloud computing company, has been notified by Ian Steele, Chairman, that on 29 October 2020 he purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 309.5 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Ian Steele's beneficial interest in the Company is 10,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.009% of the total voting rights in the Company.
