3rd Line Customer Support Engineer

We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a 3rd Line Customer Support Engineer to join our growing company in our Glasgow office.


You’ll work across a variety of different technologies and software and be responsible for resolving a wide range of customer issues, ensuring that a first class service is provided at all times.


You’ll take care of everything from server configuration and network support to managing backups and monitoring networks and servers, as well as managing tasks in our data centre.
