We offer an advisory based support model (cloud consulting as a service) designed for the age of cloud computing. With consulting as a service, we can provide a cost effective, flexible and welcome extension to your own IT team and your managed support contract – with access to remote assistance whenever you need it.

Consulting as a service is fully integrated for the modern business. We’ll provide expert support through Microsoft Teams, to help you deal with the uncertainties of delivering change and ever-increasing platform functionality once an IT project has finished.

Consulting as a service is all about supporting and enhancing the relationship we have with you, either as a continuation at the end of a project, or as a stand-alone engagement. Giving you the advice and support you need, as and when you need it. The service can be bundled in a number of different ways:

– annual allowance with monthly billing

– service credit scheme enables granular level utilisation

– access for nominated members of your team

– top-up model to meet changing requirements

– options to deliver remotely and/or on site
