What the Changes Mean – and How Iomart Can Help
Broadcom has announced some important updates to the VMware Cloud Service Provider (VCSP) model. As part of these changes, the existing Broadcom Advantage Partner Programme will be closed, and the current White Label model will be discontinued.

What’s Changing?
Under the revised programme:
- The current Broadcom Advantage Partner Programme is being retired.
- The White Label model will not continue under the new structure.
- Once existing contracts come to an end, partners will no longer be able to deliver VMware Cloud platforms using their own infrastructure.
- To continue offering VMware services, affected partners will need to work with an authorised VCSP partner.
These changes will affect how many organisations purchase, support, and manage VMware and Broadcom solutions going forward.
No Disruption for Iomart Customers
We want to reassure all of our customers and partners that Iomart Group will remain an authorised VMware Cloud Service Provider under Broadcom’s new framework.
Our VMware Cloud platforms will continue to operate as normal, with no disruption to the services we deliver. You’ll still benefit from our UK-based data centres, deep technical expertise, and a secure, scalable cloud infrastructure built around your needs.
