About our York Data Centre (DC11)
Our York data centre is located just outside York itself, a vibrant festival city founded by the Romans but heavily influenced by the Vikings, so full of fascinating history. It’s our most northerly English data centre and is just a 15-minute drive from the nearest train station.
With ample parking and multiple meeting rooms, we’re happy to accommodate you and your teams in whatever way we can. Like other iomart sites it has a 12kN/m² raised floor system with network cabling and power delivered above rack.

- The site has an 11000 volt power supply into the site
- Four 200kVA UPS in place as well as a generator contingency
- The data centre is manned by more than 12 staff during key working hours with out of hours support from the wider group.
